Historical Preservation Board (HPB) Meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Waynesville’s Historical Preservation Board will be having a public hearing on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, @ 5:30pm, location is 1400 Lytle Road, Waynesville.

This hearing is to consider a new business sign located in the historical district at 98 S Main Street and to consider the permit to build a single-family residential home in the historical district on the vacant lot located at 168 N Main Street.

This meeting is open to the public.
