NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Waynesville’s Historical Preservation Board will be having a public hearing on Thursday, July 16th, 2026 @ 5:30pm, location is 1400 Lytle Road, Waynesville.

This hearing is to consider the following property, located within the historical district: 240 North Street, working with Ryan Meachum of RTM Construction, has requested a permit approval for building alterations to the siding and painting scheme

This meeting is open to the public.
